Privacy Policy & Data Handling
This Progressive Web Application (PWA) operates primarily client-side. However, network transit involves third-party processors.
Cloudflare Usage: Network traffic to and from this application is routed through Cloudflare's edge network (CDP). With default settings:
- Cloudflare may collect access logs including your IP address, system configuration information, and other traffic data.
- This data is processed for security (DDoS protection, WAF) and performance optimization purposes.
- Please refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on data retention and processing.
Local Storage: This app stores preferences locally on your device. No flight telemetry is recorded on our servers without explicit opt-in.

By accessing AeroView, you agree to the following terms:
- License: You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use this software for lawful drone operation.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the service providers against any claims arising from your operation of the aircraft.
- Availability: This service is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime or latency suitable for critical operations.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may strictly NOT use this interface for:
- Surveillance of individuals without consent.
- Operation of weaponized payloads.
- Interference with emergency response operations.
- Flight in restricted airspace (No-Fly Zones) without authorization.
Violation of this AUP will result in immediate termination of service access.
